约瑟夫．拉兹（Joseph Raz，1939—），美国哥伦比亚大学法学院教授, 2006年以前任英国牛津大学法哲学教授、Balliol College研究员。目前为伦敦国王学院访问教授。法律、道德以及政治哲学家，法律实证主义最强有力的辩护者之一。
