作者简介罗伯特•卡普兰教授
是平衡记分卡的创始人,美国平衡记分卡协会主席。哈佛商学院研究领导能力开发的马文•鲍尔(Marvin Bower)讲座教授。他为北美和欧洲的许多一流公司的绩效和成本管理系统设计担任顾问,并在全球各地演讲。他担任哈佛教职长达18年,之前他曾执教于卡耐基梅隆大学管理学研究生院(GSIA)达16年之久,其中1977—1983年任该校研究生院主任。
戴维•诺顿博士
